  • The lunching of Zarqa Industrial Estate expected in 2025.
  • Zarqa Industrial Estate is located (30) km east of the Amman city, capital of Jordan, and (15) km away from Zarqa Free Zone. The total area of the Estate is 2500 dunums, developed in three phases. The development work for the first phase, covering (1116) dunums, has already begun.
  • Zarqa Industrial Estate is designated as a Development Zone under the Investment Law.
  • Fall within range of Development Zones declared previously under Development Zones and under the investment law
  • It will provide developed lots of lands, standard factory buildings, and number of basic and support services, The Estate will also be equipped with all necessary infrastructure services.
  • Industrial projects within this Estate will enjoy various of incentives and benefits, including reduced income tax, exemption from customs duties, sales tax, and profit distribution tax for shareholders in public and private joint-stock companies.
  • Jordan Industrial Estate Company has approved special discount on land selling price for the first (100) dunums under certain conditions.s
Jordanian Industrial Estates Company (JIEC) has approved special incentives and discounts of rates (20-40%) on the selling prices of lands in Zarqa Industrial Estate for the first (100) dunams in order to attract new industrial investments to it in various industrial sectors , as follows:
