A construction license will be issued after submission of the following documents to (ISB):

  • The construction license form
  • Ask for the organizational chart for the land which the project will be establish on.
  • The investor is required to approve the charts and designs from (public engineering firm, Jordan engineers association and General Directorate of Civil defense
  • Provide (5) copies of the approved charts to (ISB).
  • Authorization Committee of the industrial estate study the charts to figure the required fees.
  • Paying the fees then receive the license from the industrial estate management.
