Agreement signed to promote local industries
The “Made in Jordan” campaign, launched by the Amman Chamber of Industry (ACI), on Wednesday signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Jordan Industrial Estates Company (JIEC) to promote local industries.
President of the ACI Fathi Jaghbir stressed the importance of establishing “firm and strategic” relations with ministries related to industry, praising the JIEC’s efforts to open industrial cities across the Kingdom.

Cooperation Agreement between Jordan Engineers
Jordan Engineers Association and Jordan Industrial Estates Company (JIEC) signed a cooperation agreement with the presence of the Chief Engineer Ahmed Samara Al Zu'bi, the Chairman of the Board of (JIEC) Dr. Loay Muneer Sehwail, the General Manager Omar Jwaid and representatives of the two sides.
The agreement aims to market and manage the Jordan Engineers Association buildings in Al-Mowaqar Industrial Estate, which includes 17 industrial buildings (industrial hangars) for industrial investment purposes, under the laws, regulations and instr.
JIEC signs JD4m deal to build fourth phase of Al Hassan Industrial Estate
Jordan Industrial Estate Company (JIEC) on Tuesday signed an agreement with a local construction company to implement Al Hassan Industrial Estate’s fourth expansion project worth JD4 million.
The 200-dunum expansion includes 34 investment plots, an 18,000sq.m. industrial building and needed infrastructure, according to a JIEC statement sent to the Jordan Times.
