JIEC and Gold Professions Initiative (Dahab) Sign a memorandum of cooperation
Under the patronage of the Acting Investment chief commission, Fereidoun Hartuqah, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Jordan Industrial Estates Company and Al-Awael Company for Training and E-learning "A Professions from Gold" initiative, and the memorandum was signed by Omar Jweaed, Director General of the Jordan Industrial Estates Company and the founder of the "Professions from Gold Initiative", Engineer Muhammad Deer.
The signing of this memorandum comes within the framework of the Investment Authority’s endeavor to enhance the role of development companies in supporting investors, factory owners and entrepreneurs, providing the best services and meeting their needs for the necessary technical skills, in addition to the Commission’s keenness to activate and enhance the concept of corporate and investment projects' social responsibility through training and employing Jordanian youth and raising Adjusting it and providing job opportunities to raise growth rates and achieve sustainable development.
The memorandum aims to ensure the training of human elements from the local community surrounding the Jordanian industrial estates scattered in the various governorates of the Kingdom and the rehabilitation of their skills in line with the needs of the factories in order to operate them, achieve the required economic and social development and establish the necessary training stations for this, in addition to developing and operating a technical platform that ensures networking between Service providers with specialized and qualified skills and among industrial establishments.
