The Industrial Estates Announce for more incentives to Enhan ce the Investment Environment

Mr. Omar Jwaid, The Director General of the Jordan Industrial Estates Company (JIEC) said that the Industrial Estates need more incentives to enhance the investment environment inside them.

Mr. Jwaid referred in the  interview with the Jordanian News Agency about the  government's constant efforts to enhance the investment  environment in the Industrial Estates operating in various regions of the Kingdom, which were recently represented by field visits to the Ministerial Committee headed by Deputy Prime Minister Tawfiq Krishan, in the presence of factories representatives to discuss the obstacles facing the industrial sectors, one of the most important economic sectors.

Mr. Omar Jwaid, added that there are a number of challenges facing the industrial sectors, mainly the energy, customs, tax and streamlining procedures, which required serious cooperation among all related parties to find practical solutions serving industrial sectors.
