Today, Jordan Industrial Estates Company signed two implementation and supervision agreements for the establishment of prototype factories (Phase Three) in Madaba Industrial Estate, with a local contracting company and an engineering consultancy office, at a cost of (2) million Jordanian Dinars. The new buildings will be constructed on an area of approximately (11,000)M2 to meet the growing demand for investment in Madaba Industrial Estate.
Mr. Omar Jwaid, the General Manager of Jordan Industrial Estates Company, stated that the establishment of industrial buildings in Madaba Industrial Estate comes after occupying all the industrial building spaces in the first and second phases developed by the company, covering an area of approximately (18,000)M2. This indicates the growing demand for investment in the estate, which has become a focal point for investment due to its investment advantages and incentives.
Mr. Jwaid further explained that the new buildings will be constructed in different sizes to meet the needs of investors in various sectors operating in the Estate. They will be built according to the latest engineering specifications, praising the Jordanian expertise possessed by the companies that will undertake the implementation and supervision of the building project.
It is worth noting that Madaba Industrial Estate is located in the LIPP area in the Madaba Governorate, approximately (40) km away from the center of the capital, Amman, and about 13 km from the center of Madaba Governorate. It is also around (29) km from Queen Alia International Airport. The first phase was developed on an area of (250) dunums.
